Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. Wonderlio is intended for parents and guardians who set up learning activities for the children in their care. You must be old enough to enter into an agreement in your country to hold an account.

• Keep your sign-in details private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
• You're responsible for the child profiles and content you add.

The Free plan includes the full curriculum and manual practice creation, within the limits shown on the pricing page. Wonderlio Pro adds AI tools for parents and higher limits. Plan prices, limits, and included features are listed on the pricing page and may change; we'll show the current terms before you subscribe.

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate practice questions, lesson content, learning plans, parent summaries, images, and audio, based on the prompts and material you provide.

• Accuracy. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your child's level. It is general educational material, not professional educational, medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always review generated material before using it with your child, and do not rely on it as the sole basis for decisions about your child's education or wellbeing.
• Your responsibility. You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit, for having the rights to any lesson, photo, or text you upload, and for how you use the output you receive.
• Rights in inputs and outputs. You keep the rights you already hold in what you submit. Subject to these terms, you may use the output you generate for your own family's learning. We make no claim that output is original or free of third-party rights, and similar output may be generated for other users.
• Prohibited AI use. Don't use the AI features to generate unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent, deceptive, or otherwise harmful material, to impersonate anyone, to produce content that infringes another person's rights, or to bypass, jailbreak, or manipulate our safety filters and usage limits.
• Moderation. We may filter, refuse, restrict, or remove prompts, uploads, and generated output, and we may limit or suspend access to AI features, to keep the service safe, lawful, and child-appropriate.

You keep ownership of the lessons, photos, and practice sets you upload. You give us permission to store and process that content so we can provide the features you asked for. Only upload content you have the right to use.

If you believe content on Wonderlio infringes your intellectual property or other rights, email support@wonderlio.app with a description of the content, where it appears, and your contact details. We aim to respond within two business days and will remove or disable content we find infringing. Accounts that infringe repeatedly are terminated.

When you use Wonderlio, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any law that applies to you.
• Upload, generate, or share material that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate — especially given that children use this service.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, including by uploading copyrighted lessons, images, or audio you don't have permission to use.
• Use the service for fraud, spam, phishing, or to send unsolicited or misleading messages.
• Upload or distribute malware, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including probing, scanning, penetration testing, or attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content or data, or use automated tools to access the service except as we expressly allow.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the service, or circumvent technical limits, usage caps, paywalls, or licensing controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Wonderlio content or access without our written permission, or share your account credentials with others.
• Overload, disrupt, or degrade the service or the infrastructure it runs on.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access — with notice where practical, and immediately where the risk is serious — if:

• you materially breach these terms, including the acceptable use rules above;
• a submitted payment cannot be verified or is reversed;
• we detect fraud, abuse, or a security risk to the service or other families;
• you repeatedly or seriously violate our content or AI use policies; or
• we are required to do so by law.

You can stop using Wonderlio at any time and delete your account. Pro payments are non-recurring, so no cancellation is needed. If we terminate your access without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid period.

We work to keep Wonderlio available and improve it over time, which means features may be added, changed, or removed. The service is provided as-is: we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• Wonderlio Pro access is purchased as a non-recurring payment. Your access remains active for the period purchased and does not renew automatically.
• Prices are shown in Philippine pesos (PHP). Any applicable taxes are included or disclosed in the payment instructions.
• Since payments do not renew, there is no need to cancel. Your access will simply expire at the end of the period.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Wonderlio Pro is offered by the Wonderlio Team. Payments are made through the available QR payment option and activated after the submitted receipt is manually verified.
